Call Budget: 200.000 euro.

• Closure date of the call may be changed earlier if the earmarked budget is completely contracted.
• The budget may be supplemented with the available amounts resulted from the implementation of the activities foreseen in the “Action Plan for the use of bilateral relations fund”.

About the Call

The Call objective is to strengthen bilateral relations in the field of research, regardless of the thematic area, through networking, exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practice.

Financial support will be provided for projects developed in partnership between research organizations from Romania as Beneficiary State and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein as Donor States.

The eligible types of activities under the call, provided that they have a bilateral character (i.e. are implemented jointly by the research organizations from Romania with research organizations from the Donor States or international organizations) are the following:

• participation to events (like conferences, workshops, seminars, brokerage events, info days, etc.), meetings for scientific and technical cooperation, visits for planning of future institutional cooperation, visits for exchange of expertise, short-term training or courses;
• organization of events (like conferences, workshops, seminars, brokerage events, info days, etc.), meetings for scientific and technical cooperation, visits for planning of future institutional cooperation, visits for exchange of expertise, short-term training or courses.
